Beginnings
Troop 1719 is off to a modest but positive start. Four boys attended the inaugural meeting on September 28th and started learning the Twelve Points of the Scout Law. The young men got their first experience drilling with the quarterstaff!
Now we turn our focus to fund raising and collecting useable uniforms and gear. We will be selling Trails End popcorn on October 9th and 16th after church. Prices range between $10 and $25.
Look for our boys in their forest green troop t-shirts at the Pathmark on Chelten Ave or after church as we earn money for uniforms, stoves, sleeping bags, tents, and more.
