The Drama Group
An independent theatre company, The Drama Group was
founded by FUMCOG members in 1980 and has since grown to become a well-regarded
non-professional theatre company. First-time actors are encouraged to audition
and help is always needed with props, sets, lighting, and in other areas. Contact Bob Bauer at info@thedramagroup.org or visit www.thedramagroup.org.
Linger Lunch
Linger Lunch is a simple meal after worship for
fellowship and conversation.
Members and friends work in pairs or teams to cook lunch together.
Directions are sent to you in advance and you’ll be reimbursed for your

available. Contact Cara Herold, 215-438-0625.
Northwest Interfaith
Hospitality Network
As a hosting congregation of the Northwest Interfaith
Hospitality Network, FUMCOG provides shelter and meals for temporarily homeless
families, usually for three weeks in the spring and three weeks in the fall.
The mission of the program is to empower homeless families that we call “guests”
to become independent and to maintain that independence after leaving the
Network. Volunteers are always needed during hosting times. Contact Carol Clyde at 215-844-3981.
RUM-EPA
(Reconciling United Methodists of Eastern Pennsylvania)
RUM-EPA
is the new name of the Inclusive Church Action Team. It is a cooperative group, working with other Reconciling
Congregations in our Annual Conference to find ways to make the UMC truly a
church of Open Minds, Open Hearts, Open Doors, and assisting other congregations
who want to become Reconciling, or welcoming in whatever ways are possible to
them. At FUMCOG, it seeks new ways
to make sure GLBT people feel invited and welcomed, educates and updates the
congregation on GLBT issues in the larger Church and World. Contact Barb Revere, 215-849-1364, bre2696294@aol.com
